| description | The main difficulties associated with understanding and interpretation of the contract as the exclusively civil and independent legal phenomenon which is not reduced to its components expressed in adjacent concepts have been analyzed. This approach does not allow to apply this concept to the agreements in line with the principles of other standard and legal regulation and also to equate transactions and separate contractual obligations to the contract. A number of controversial problems have been discussed. Particularly, it has been specified how the focus of actions and participants involved in it influence the contract, as well as what relations may appear regarding the contract, etc.
Furthermore, methods of organization and holding certain actions of the conference type related to the contract have been considered. The need to use the interactive approaches ensuring not only identification of problems in such cases, but also allowing to develop personal attitudes towards them has been proved. |
