| description | This paper reviewed the clinical data of an acute mastitis patient undergoing paracentesis of breast abscess, and summarized the effect and measures of milk-ejection manipulation technique combined with external application of Rutong powder in postoperative pain relief. Nursing assessment, manipulation technique, component analysis of Rutong powder, external application methods and cautions and routine nursing intervention were summarized. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing by syndrome differentiation, application of milk-ejection manipulation technique combined with external application of Rutong powder is effective to relief the pain of the patient after paracentesis of breast abscess. It is an effective Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technology which helps mothers to build confidence in breastfeeding and ensure the maternal and infant safety. (本文回顾1例哺乳期急性乳腺炎脓肿形成行穿刺引流患者的临床资料, 总结手法排乳联合乳通散中药外敷缓解术后疼痛的效果及护理措施, 包括护理评估、排乳手法、乳通散组方、外敷方法和注意事项以及常规护理等。基于中医辨证施护理论指导, 采取手法排乳联合乳通散外敷治疗能够有效缓解术后疼痛, 帮助患者重拾哺乳信心, 确保母婴健康。) |
