| Summary: | This research was conduced on employees on PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia in
Karawang. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification
methods. The samples used were 115 employees with Purposive Sampling . The data
analysis technique used are scale range analysis techniques and path analysis using the
Method of Successive Interval (MSI), Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS 16. The results showed
that motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Performance of PT Yorozu
Automotive Indonesia in Karawang and Organizational Comitment has a positive and
significant effect on work Performance of PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia in Karawang.

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan di PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia di
Karawang Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode
deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 115 orang karyawan dengan
metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis
rentang skala dan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan Method of Successive Interval
(MSI), Microsoft Excel 2007 dan SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa
Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja PT Yorozu
Automotive Indonesia di Karawang dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia di Karawang.
Motivasi dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Prestasi kerja
PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia di Karawang.
