干扰素的临床应用(综述)
自从1957年Issacs与Lindenmann发现干扰素(If)以后,由于它具有广谱的抗病毒活性,人们曾寄予很大的期望。但由于产量上的限制,未能广泛地在临床上试用。后来又发现If具有抗肿瘤的活性,而且近年来已能把If提纯到10~9单位/mg蛋白的水平,目前世界各国正在大力进行研究。现把有关If临床应用的新进展综述于下,以供参考。...
