FTO Alleviates Hepatic Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury by Regulating Apoptosis and Autophagy
Conclusion: FTO could act as a protective effector during hepatic IRI, associated with decreased apoptosis and autophagy. FTO-mediated m6A demethylation modification may be an important therapeutic target for hepatic IRI.
