Description
Summary:Legendele ţării lui Vam were called “apocryphal mythologies”, the only ones of their kind in the Romanian literature. Unfortunately, these stories remain schematic and demonstrative in nature, and they are connected to a mythological thread that they exploit only superficially, and that they often falsify and subordinate to the Marxist ideology. “The Second Colin”, who will be distinguished in the 1970s with some prestigious international literary awards, never cuts himself loose from Vladimir Colin – the Communist ideologist of the 1950s. Although they are not devoid of some aesthetic merit, these stories are lacking depth and fail to transpose the reader into the fairy tale universe.
