Summary:In order to solve the problems of traditional appearance of the disc brake,such as design conservative and poor timeliness,the disc brakes reliability calculation model based on variable uncertainty is established,and the brake temperature and braking distance of disc brakes are regarded as the restrictions of braking performance,finally the disc brakes design method based on varying uncertainty theory is got.The simulation results show that by redesigning calculated of disc brakes,the braking distance reliability and brake temperature reliability meet the reliability requirements;by redesigning the disc brakes on the finite element analysis,the redesigned model strength and temperature distribution meet the requirements.
