description The reason of the aeroengine transmission gear spokes fracture fault is analyzed,through the fracture examination,strength calculation,vibration characteristic analysis and stress test,the nature of the gear spokes fracture fault is the high-cycle fatigue caused by the pitch diameter resonance is determined. Based on the analysis results,the gear structure is improved and optimized to reduce vibration stress and increase strength reserve,and the optimized structure is tested and verified. The results show that the vibration stress of the optimized structure is greatly reduced,the strength reserve and working reliability are improved obviously.
