| Summary: | Objective To report the diagnosis and treatment process of two patients with HELLP syndrome,and to systematically review clinical manifestation,early warning measures,differential diagnosis and treatment principle,follow-up management of this disease in order to improve the understanding of the disease and to avoid the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,and to get the correct and reasonable treatment early.Methods The clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment process of two patients with HELLP syndrome were studied,and the related literatures were reviewed.Results After symptomatic,supportive and RRT therapy,the patient 2 completely recovered,and the patient 1 has been required maintenance peritoneal dialysis so far.Conclusions The timely CBP is critical to alleviate HELLP syndrome and reduce the mortality.HELLP syndrome is a rare syndrome characterized by thrombotic microangiopathy.The Pathophysiology of HELLP syndrome is poorly understood.Early warning measures are very limited.Such syndrome is associated with severe clinical complications which appeared to deteriorate rapidly. |
