Description
Summary:The article addresses the criticisms of the anarchists of the city of Osorno regarding the problems that affected the poor of the city during the 1930s, as well as their proposals to solve them and improve the urban environment. In this sense, the osornino anarchists were aware that, as long as the capitalist production regime did not end and the socialization of the means of production was not carried out, the work of the revolutionary organizations was to appease the precarious living conditions of the workers in the cities (and in rural areas), which meant, from the propaganda point of view, to fight for improvements in the conditions of habitability, but at the same time, for the expansion of urban services for all.
