不同年资神经内科医师对数智化诊疗的认知、态度及功能需求现状调查 A Survey on the Cognition, Attitude, and Functional Requirements of Digital Intelligent Diagnosis and Treatment Among Neurologists of Different Seniority

目的 探讨不同年资神经内科医师对人工智能（artificial intelligence，AI）辅助诊疗的认知、态度及功能需求，分析其主要关注点和担忧，为AI技术在神经内科的应用推广提供依据。 方法 采用全国范围内在线问卷调查的形式，收集174名神经内科医师的相关数据，涵盖职称、年资和医院级别等多维度因素。通过定量和定性分析，分析医师对AI技术的认知水平、使用现状、功能需求以及对未来医学变革的看法。 结果 调查显示，神经内科医师对AI技术的总体认知有限，58.62%（102/174）的医师对AI领域的知识有不同程度的了解，而在高级职称医师中这一比例仅有41.67%（5/12）；40.23%...
