不同年资神经内科医师对数智化诊疗的认知、态度及功能需求现状调查 A Survey on the Cognition, Attitude, and Functional Requirements of Digital Intelligent Diagnosis and Treatment Among Neurologists of Different Seniority
目的 探讨不同年资神经内科医师对人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)辅助诊疗的认知、态度及功能需求,分析其主要关注点和担忧,为AI技术在神经内科的应用推广提供依据。 方法 采用全国范围内在线问卷调查的形式,收集174名神经内科医师的相关数据,涵盖职称、年资和医院级别等多维度因素。通过定量和定性分析,分析医师对AI技术的认知水平、使用现状、功能需求以及对未来医学变革的看法。 结果 调查显示,神经内科医师对AI技术的总体认知有限,58.62%(102/174)的医师对AI领域的知识有不同程度的了解,而在高级职称医师中这一比例仅有41.67%(5/12);40.23%...
