description This paper focuses on the interpretation of post-francoist LGBTQI persons’ emancipation, based on the theory of new social movements. This one elaborates a rational and interested subject of history deeply linked to the juridical categories produced by the consensus reformist government. In order to expose the exclusions and discipline of this politic of LGBTQI spanish history, the new social movement historical subject is led to face other radical and young subjectivities become subaltern in the democratic and national history of Spain. New social movement theory debates with postcolonial contributions in order to denaturalise the evidence of its national frame on which its depends to produce a narrative about historical sexual emancipations.
