Through the study of the device Collège au cinéma, which invites teachers to talk in the classroom of movies they have seen in the movie-theater, this article explains the two major tensions that teachers crystallize in the application of their work. The first one is about their profiles and motivations, the second is about the way they use cinema in the classroom. These tensions are driven by the gap between an endogenous conception of “cinema pedagogy” as professionals of this field define it, and its exogenous application, by the scholastic institution. |
