| Summary: | This article analyzes the factors of the external and internal environment of the innovation ecosystem of universities on the example of Israel. At the same time, such methods of strategic analysis as PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and the " “Five forces of competition” model by M. Porter were used. The analysis revealed the strengths and weaknesses of the innovation ecosystem of Israeli universities, opportunities, and threats. The university's innovation ecosystem needs appropriate policies, initiatives, and specific support programs to ensure its development, which will constantly adapt to the changing environment and evolve to attract talent, resources, and opportunities. |
