Summary:The problem of protecting the health of pregnant women is one of the most important tasks of modern medicine, and therefore has a social orientation. In local armed conflicts, mine blast injury (MBT) and mine blast wound (MBW) with separation of one or both lower extremities are one of the most common injuries. According to official data, the total number of war invalids in Chechnya was about 52 thousand people, of which 1,500 people. amputees. The special mechanisms of its occurrence determine the formation of extensive damage to soft tissues, bones, joints with multiple localization, often with complete destruction or separation of one or even several segments of the limbs, the presence of combined injuries to the organs of the chest, abdomen, head, which are often accompanied by traumatic shock, acute massive blood loss, multiple organ failure. All this inevitably leads to complications during pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period and perinatal losses.
