| description | The article presents the analysis of prospects of establishing the permanent independent commission on human rights within the «Islamic Conference» Organization (ICO). The issues of structural changes in ICO are viewed. The necessity to reveal this sphere of ICO activity determined the topicality of the article. The author states the problem of underdevelopment of the institutions executing the controlling function, and suggests its solution within the frameworks of successive codification of the Islamic concept of human rights. The author summarizes the results of ICO activity for creating a complex of international-legal acts in the sphere of human rights in Islam, which allowed to formulate the conclusions on the prospects of development of the system of international-legal regulation in ICO. |
