description Abstract The present contribution, starting from theoretical reflections on the role of ecomuseums in the valorisation of territorial resources and the idea of landscape dynamics as connectors that link communities to places also through sensorial experience, presents the case study of the Grotte Vaporose of Sciacca, in South-Western Sicily. Through an approach based on the so-called walking methods, this work aims at returning the perceptual, critical and analytical outcomes of a flânerie in an ecomuseum.
