Thirty fleece lossed and fourty two healthy Merino Sheep in Karacabey State Farm Flock were used as material. The average levels of Zinc and Copper in blood serum of healthy ,Merino Sheep .group were; %27±0,63 µg. and %33.72±0,77•µg. respective1y. The Zinc and Copper valuesfor Merino Sheep group effected by fleece loss were %14,45±0,.23 µg. arid %63,5 ± 1.17 µg. respectivly.
The Zinc and Copper levels were determined by the Atomic Absorbtion Spectrofotometer.
The differences between means of both elements in two groups were found to be significant.
