Summary:This research sheds light on (the political relations of the Khazars with the neighboring powers in the period between the centuries (4-7 AH / 10-13 AD), Although the Khazars were in this period in a stage of weakness compared to previous centuries, but this this did not prevent them from building their political relationship with neighboring countries,but they were different from the  periods before the century(4AH/10AD) The relationship of the Khazars was not with the states and emirates that emerged as a result of the weakness of the authority of the Caliphate,such as the Seljuks , the khawarizmians, the shadadiya Emirate, the Umayyad Caliphate in Andalusia and Tabka lldekz,while their relationship with non- Islamic forces such as the Byzantine Empire,which has its roots in the  (1st century AH / 7 AD),it continued, and  the nature of the continued, and The nature of the relationship was represented in wars, treaties,and political marriage,  and then turned into hostile relations after the century(4AH/10AD),as well as with the Russians who appeared on the stage of political events in the early on in 3rd century(3 AH / 9 AD) They were a major reason for the weakening of the Khazar state, as they fought the Khazars and expanded at their expense since the establishment of their state, and even managed In the middle of the century (4 AH / 10 AD), to occupy all its cities,including their capital of the And with all this, we find that the Khazar state existed until the appearance of the Mongols on the stage of events at the beginning of the century (7 AH / 13 AD), when they began to expand towards the Islamic world until their state fell into the hands of the Mongols, and their country became part of the Mongol empire, and then after the death of Genghis Khan And the division of his inheritance became the country of the Khazars from the share of Joji Khan, and a kingdom was established on it, known by several names, including: the Golden Horde, Qafjak Kingdom, Jochi Al-Wasi, Batu Kingdom, Baraka Kingdom, Northern Kingdom, and Uzbek Kingdom.
