【目的】 明确早期妊娠母胎界面中固有模式识别受体NOD1/NOD2的表达情况?【方法】 分别用免疫组织化学法及Real-Time PCR法检测12例早孕期绒毛及蜕膜组织中NOD1/NOD2表达?【结果】免疫组织化学结果显示绒毛组织中NOD1/NOD2主要定位于绒毛滋养细胞胞质中,蜕膜组织也检测到NOD1/NOD2分子的表达?在mRNA水平上,绒毛组织中NOD1/NOD2的表达量高于蜕膜基质细胞(DSC),分别为P = 0.03和P = 0.009;DSC中NOD1的表达量高于NOD2,P = 0.029,差异具有显著性?绒毛组织中NOD2的表达高于NOD1,差异无统计学意义(P > 0....
