Description
Summary:This article describes the conversational behaviour of trainers in three educational webinars. The aim of the study is to describe, from an empirical approach based on participatory observation, the functioning of exchanges in a digital environment by highlighting the regulation of trade and the construction of interpersonal link. The analyses, carried out from the postdualist and ecological approach to discourse, show that discursive and interactive practices are heavily regulated and ritualized. In the interactive process, technological artifacts intervene in the transmission of knowledge and the co-construction of the social relationship.
