血液吸附对尿毒症中分子物质清除的临床观察
【目的】观察大孔高吸附表面积高分子吸附剂对尿毒症中分子物质的清除效果。【方法】用大孔高吸附表面积 高分子吸附剂型吸附器与透析器串联, 对30 例慢性尿毒症患者作单次吸附-透析治疗, 并与血液透析作交叉对照, 观察治疗前 后中分子物质的清除差异。【结果】治疗后吸附-透析组和血液透析组中分子物质均有所降低, 但吸附-透析组降低比血液透 析组差异显著(P <0.05);两组对尿素氮和肌酐的清除率比较差异不显著(P >0.05)。治疗后两组血浆白蛋白、球蛋白、红 细胞、血色素、白细胞、血小板和电解质的改变差异均不显著(P >0.05)。【结论】吸附比透析能更有效清除尿毒症病人...
