Summary:It analyzed the destabilization mechanism of sensorless control system for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) in the over-modulation range, presented a new strategy based on harmonic current estimator which contained six-step voltage method of torque controller, harmonic current estimator and expended electromotive force(EEMF) observer. Experimental results show that fast torque response can be realized and high-speed drive region can be widened with the proposed method.
