| description | Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of acupoint application in the treatment of postoperative pain of mixed. Methods The CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Data, CBM and PubMed databases were searched by computer. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the efficacy of acupoint application in the treatment of postoperative pain of mixed were included. The retrieval time was from the establishment of each database to December 2021. A literature screening, quality evaluation and data extraction were independently conducted by two reviewers in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. A Meta analysis was then carried out using RevMan 5. 3 software. Results In total, 6 RCTs involving 532 patients were included in the meta-analysis. The Meta analysis showed that effective rate of pain control in the study group was higher than that in the control group (RR = 1. 03, 95%CI［1. 02, 1. 15］, P = 0. 0001). The Visual Analogue Scale of pain in the in the study group was lower than that in the control group at 1 day(MD =-1. 32, 95%CI［-2. 33, -0. 31］, P = 0. 01), 3 days (MD = -1. 64, 93% CI［-2. 51, -0. 76］, P=0. 002) and 5 days (MD = -1. 32, 95%CI［-1. 89, -0. 75］, P < 0. 00001) after surgery. Conclusion The implementation of acupoint application could relieve the postoperative pain of patients undergoing surgical treatment for mixed hemorrhoids. However, given the low quality of included research methodology and small sample size, more efforts should be paid on large sample size and multi-centered clinical randomized control trails, especially studies concerning the long-term intervention efficacy. (目的 系统评价穴位贴敷治疗混合痔术后疼痛的干预效果。方法 计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方(Wanfang Data)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM) 、PubMed数据库。检索年限为各数据库建库至2021年12月, 检索关于穴位贴敷对混合痔术后疼痛效果的随机对照试验, 由两名研究员对纳入的文献进行筛选、质量评价和资料提取, 采用Revman 5. 3软件进行Meta分析。结果 筛选出符合标准的文献6篇, 共计532例患者。Meta分析结果显示, 混合痔术后镇痛有效率试验组优于对照组［RR = 1. 03, 95%CI(1. 02, 1. 15), P = 0. 0001］。; 采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估术后疼痛, 试验组术后1 d［MD =-1. 32, 95%CI(-2. 33, -0. 31), P = 0. 01］、3 d［MD = -1. 64, 93%CI(-2. 51, -0. 76), P=0. 002］和5 d ［MD = -1. 32, 95%CI(-1. 89, -0. 75), P < 0. 00001］的VAS评分低于对照组。结论 穴位贴敷能有效缓解混合痔术后患者疼痛, 提高临床有效率, 但鉴于纳入的研究方法学质量均较低, 样本量少, 因此下一步仍需要依赖于大样本、多中心的临床随机对照验证, 尤其是长期干预疗效研究加以试验。) |
