description The polishing quality of the ceramic tile is mainly affected by the dynamic characteristics of the polishing head. The model of the polishing head is created and assembled to improve the polishing quality and reduce the rate of polishing brick,the simulation analysis of the polishing head virtual prototype is carried out by the software ADAMS and its motion characteristics curves is got. The result shows that the master rocker and slave rocker has similar dynamic characteristics,and the best polishing speed range is given from qualitative relationship between dynamic characteristics and the rotating speed of the polishing head. The results provide a useful reference for dynamic response and vibration suppression of polishing head.
