Summary:In order to solve the problem of driving safety caused by the speed loss of mining vehicles in the downhill section of underground roadway, an intelligent electronic interception control system for stalling vehicles in coal mine is proposed based on the operation scenario and system characteristics of explosion-proof vehicles in coal mine, and the corresponding control process and control strategy are designed to realize real-time interconnection and intelligent protection. The effectiveness of the device and control strategy is verified by measuring 19 explosion-proof vehicles used in mines. The test results show that the intelligent electronic blocking control device and control strategy meet the technical requirements.
