description Introduction: the Colombian armed conflict, due to its long duration and extent of the damage caused, impacted the lives of millions of people through various dimensions. Among the most affected populations are women, who were subject to different forms of violence and social wrongs and saw their health affected as a consequence. Objective: the study aimed to analyze the consequences of the conflict on women who seek to rebuild their lives through entrepreneurship. Method: A qualitative study was carried out with a grounded theory design and a sample of 16 entrepreneurial women participating in support programs in Caquetá, Colombia. Results: the results were organized into three main themes, which represent the intersection between conflict, health, illness, social factors and the resilience of women entrepreneurs. Significant relationships were identified between gender-based violence, human rights violations and the health-illness process. In addition, it was assessed that entrepreneurship, despite the barriers, was a crucial protective factor. The study allowed the identification of the main conditions, stressors, consequences and needs to be considered in future studies, which should be aimed at rebuilding life and promoting resilience. Conclusions: the research concluded that a better understanding of the conditioning exerted by the health-disease process on entrepreneurial women is needed, especially regarding its relationship with psychological and social factors.
