Description
Summary:Artificial Intelligence is being used in a wide range of sectors as technology develops. Additionally, it has affected the labour market; this article explores this area for further study. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has both positive and negative effects on the labour market. AI increases efficiency and opens new career possibilities in fields like data analysis and machine learning by automating repetitive processes. However, it can also result in a loss of some low-skilled employment. The development of AI requires the workforce to upgrade and retrain skills to adapt to technological changes. At the same time, the application of AI also raises concerns about privacy, data security, and ethical issues, all of which need to be considered in the development of the job market. Overall, the development of AI technology will promote the transformation of employment structure, posing new demands on the education system, labor policies, and social support systems.
