采用纤维连接蛋白结合法分离人外周血单核细胞
利用人单核细胞表面有纤维连接蛋白受体的特点，我们建立了一种分离、纯化人外周血单核细胞的方法。该法制备的细胞悬液单核细胞占９７％以上，纯度明显优于Ｆｉｃｏｌｌ－Ｈｙｐａｑｕｅ密度梯度离心法。单核细胞获得率近５倍于传统粘附法，且细胞活性保持在９７％以上，是一种分离人外周血单核细胞的简单而有效的方法。...
