description With the spread of new technologies and the emergence of digital economy activities, circulation confirms its relevance by connecting dispersed sellers and consumers. In this context, the territory in its use becomes strategic for economic activities currently carried out remotely. This article aims to present and discuss delivery times for electronic commerce in Brazilian territory and their spatial implications. The research was carried out through a bibliographic review; collection of data on delivery times in virtual stores and platforms, using a purchasing simulation methodology for each Brazilian municipality; elaboration of a thematic map; and fieldwork, with interviews. Based on the theoretical framework developed by Milton Santos, the results showed marked inequality in the circulation of goods purchased over the Internet, expressing aspects of the Brazilian socio-spatial formation and the country's regionalization, presenting greater territorial fluidity in the Core Region and portions of the Central-West, and in scattered points in the Northeast and Amazon, a manifestation of the selectivity of the technical-scientific-informational milieu. Where the territory offers conditions for greater speed, e-commerce companies have installed their distribution centers, from which they reach all places with their respective space-time lags. On the one hand, there is a contradiction between the instantaneity of informational flows and the multi-temporality of material flows in the territory. On the other hand, the used territory highlights the active role of its existence, since the digital economy only takes place in concrete places, based on their conditions.
