| Summary: | In the face of the destructive consequences of globalization, the increasing recession of most national economies, the search for effective tools to ensure the balanced development of all their subsystems, primarily the structuring industry, is being actualized. In order to ensure the sustainability of the industrial complex, in the long-term perspective, a scheme for multistage coordination of strategic decisions in the levels of industrial sector management has been proposed, specific to the specifics of the region of Iraqi Kurdistan. It allows creating conditions for the consolidation of their efforts, resources, competencies and technologies on the basis of constructive multi-subject communication, and administrative and regulatory activation of business initiatives. |
