18F-FDGPET/CT显像检测SD大鼠肝纤维化
【目的】探讨18F-FDGPET/CT显像评价SD大鼠肝纤维化疾病。【方法】12只(170±10)g雄性SD大鼠随机分为模型组(TAA组)和对照组,每组6只。模型组大鼠每周两次腹腔注射4%硫代乙酰胺,每次剂量200mg/kg;对照组腹腔注射等比例生理盐水。注射6周后对两组大鼠行18F-FDGPET/CT显像,检测肝组织摄取18F-FDG情况。显像后解剖两组大鼠观察肝脏解剖形态学变化并取其肝脏用于HE染色、Masson染色和羟脯氨酸含量测定。【结果】模型组解剖形态显示肝脏肿胀、表面欠光滑、边缘圆钝,对照组肝脏大小及比例正常、外表光滑、边缘锐利;HE染色显示模型组大鼠肝血窦区和肝细胞周围中性粒细胞...
