Summary:Introduces the method of calculating equation and theory of spiral drum loading rate numerical discrete element method,and combined with the actual project,according to the shearer drum blade helix angle,thickness,coal and blade friction coefficient,roller speed and other related parameters to calculate the theoretical rate of coal mining machine. The establishment of the coal mining machine model and introduced into the general CAE software using EDEM Pro-e software,set according to the actual conditions of coal seam conditions and coal mining machine system simulation model and parameters such as material properties. The discrete element simulation of the loading rate of loading rate results and theoretical research and analysis,to verify the accuracy and feasibility analysis of the research on Simulation of shearer drum loading effect of discrete element method,provides an important reference for the research on Shearer loading performance of the discrete element method.
