Description
Summary:To extract and transport the residual heat from mine return air over long distances, and considering the high moisture content and large volume of return air, along with the heat transfer theory of heat pipe systems, this paper designs a gravity-type split heat pipe air supply system for mine return air heat recovery. This system can transfer the recovered low-temperature residual heat to the mine's fresh air platform for preheating, meeting the anti-freezing heat demand at the mine shaft entrance and successfully realizing the extraction of low-temperature heat sources for industrial application. Through continuous three-day testing of certain heat exchange modules, the results show that the system can raise the temperature of low-temperature fresh air by 12℃ to 16.5℃, achieving the goal of preventing freezing at the shaft entrance. These findings demonstrate practical industrial application value.
