Summary:The movable-bed jig transmission mechanism is discussed by the method of linearly independent mass-vectors,the conclusion that design equations when the inertia force of transmission mechanism in balance state is deduced.There are two schemes are designed to induce the inertia force of transmission mechanism.The kinemat ic analysis of this two schemes is carried out by using ADAMS,the force curve of connect-place is obtained.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of two schemes,the second scheme is more practical,it is not only reducing dynamic stress and improving stability,but not affecting the overall structure of movable-bed jig.
