Description
Summary:The aim of research – to study qualitative and quantitative composition of inflammatory infiltration, formed around implanted biodegradable polymer in compare with polypropylene in experiment with animals. Material and methods. It have been done morphometric comparison of inflammatory infiltration around biopolymer and polypropylene in 14 days, 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 12 months after implantation by 35 laboratory rats. Conclusion. Inflammation on polypropylene’s implantation mainly was in lymphocytes’ reaction, on biopolymers implantation mainly was in macrophages’ reaction.
