erbB 基因表达与乳腺癌发生的相关关系
目的: 研究 c -erbB-2, c-erbB-4 原癌基因过度表达与乳腺癌发生及其病理参数的相关关系。方法: 对 122 例乳腺疾病石蜡切块,其 中 80 例乳腺癌, 16 例乳腺纤维腺瘤, 9 例乳腺纤维囊性病, 17 例乳腺癌转移淋巴结均采用免疫组化( LSAB 法)结合计算机图象分析研究原癌 基因产物 c-erbB-2, c-erbB-4的表达情况。结果: c-erbB-2 在乳腺癌中存在过度表达, P <0. 05。c-erbB-2 在乳腺癌转移淋巴结中的表达较原发 灶中高,在统计学上有显著意义。c-erbB-4 与 c -erB-2 二者在乳腺癌中的表达有相关性, P &l...
