Summary:The definition of the current state of a model of education and management, one that is cooperative, collaborative, to a certain extent democratically participatory to achieve educational objectives is an opportunity to gaze on how a paradigm such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been integrated into education, not just worldwide or in general broad terms, but Education in the Face of AI in the case of Guatemala, a country of the Central American Isthmus, to weight what challenge is up ahead when the Encounter Education with Public Policy intertwined with AI is to be examined. Due to the bridges that need to be argued, envisioned, placed to foster into Public educational policies in Guatemala, it is underlying how to comprehend what Educational policies and Educational technology is available or possible. To come across resolutions, sights to education and public policy in Guatemala addresses one particular question related to governance: What is priority? Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and AI-powered technologies or policymakers, purposive courses of action for tangible day to day concerns with values of freedom, common sense, reasoning and human nuance.
