Summary:The paper contains an analysis of theoretical and practical aspects pertaining to application of heuristic and algorithmic methods for evaluation of current states of controlled objects. Technology for construction of an information block on possible states of controlled objects and its functional and parametric properties in every state has been given in the paper. The paper shows the possibility to create a logic complex “states – properties” of the controlled object on the basis of the indicated data set. A priori and posterior probabilities for realization of the states of an intellectual control system have been analyzed in the paper. The presented expert logical and probabilistic model is considered as a basis for control decision elaboration and decision-making at higher level of system hierarchy.
