| Summary: | The article contains the results of a scientific study on the topical problem of the development of innovative readiness and the socio-psychological climate of pedagogical collectives of higher educational institutions in the context of modernization of education. The availability of various techniques and a complex of mathematical and statistical methods for processing the data obtained allowed us to determine the features of the development of innovative readiness and the socio-psychological climate of the pedagogical collectives of universities. The study of emotional, motivational, cognitive, personal (instrumental), organizational components of the readiness of pedagogical collectives for innovations made it possible to reveal the level of innovative readiness of these pedagogical collectives. Favorable socio-psychological climate, revealed in the pedagogical collectives of the universities represented, allows, in conditions of mutual cooperation, support, satisfaction in the process of joint activity and communication, to develop a high need for self-development, adoption, introduction of innovations in pedagogical practice. The results of the research presented in this article testify to the need for further research and scientific developments in the field of educational psychology. |
