药敏试验在治疗发情期蓝狐阴道细菌性疾病的应用
为缩短蓝狐发情期阴道细菌性疾病的诊断和治疗时间,直接采用样本(阴道分泌物)进行细菌培养,利用纸片扩散法对12种抗生素检测其敏感性。结果表明,蓝狐阴道分泌物细菌培养时,对亚胺培南敏感性最高。选用亚胺培南对疑似患病母狐治疗,用药1周后母狐阴道分泌物明显减少或消失。该方法可为规模化养狐场蓝狐发情期阴道细菌感染疾病的临床用药提供一定的参考,为治疗节省宝贵的时间。...
