Summary:In order to solve the problem of the dynamic low control accuracy and poor carrying capacity of vehicle traditional transmission ratio in the driving process,under the premise of ensuring the CVT use requirements,in order to improve the carrying capacity of the transmission system,the double conical CVT is introduced into vehicle transmission system,an adaptive fuzzy PID speed ratio control system of a new type of double conical CVT is proposed,finally the vehicle simulation platform is established,and the new double conical CVT adaptive fuzzy PID control system feasibility is researched. The results show that the new double conical CVT compared with traditional metal belt CVT has better carrying capacity,the adaptive fuzzy PID control model with double conical CVT vehicle compared to traditional PID control,the actual vehicle transmission ratio,speed are high consist with target transmission ratio,speed,which can effectively improve the control efficiency of a new type of double conical CVT.
