Description
Summary:To research mechanical behaviors of advanced high strength dual-phase steel DP780 in the warm forming ,fundamental mechanical properties and true stress-strain curves of the DP780 were obtained and analyzed based on the warm uniaxial tensile test with temperatures of 300 °C , 400 °C, 500 °C , 600 °C, and strain rates of 10-4~10-3 s-1. The parameters ofGrosman constitutive model were solved and corrected in the warm forming to describe the warm forming stress-strain curves of DP780 steel plate. Taking the uniaxial tension model as an example, the Abaqus-Vumat subroutine was written based on Fortran language to verify the numerical simulation. The results show that the predicted values of Grosman model are in good agreement with the experimental values, which proves the validity of the proposed model.
