| description | Aiming at the problem that the unbalanced loss of internal and external transistors in NPC three-level topology affects the output power of power module. This paper introduces two different control methods based on ANPC type three-level topology. According to two different control methods, the state and commutation process of each switch device under rectifier and inverter conditions are analyzed in detail. Then, the current waveform flowing through each switch device is simulated according to two different control methods. Loss expression of each switch tube is deduced in detail in combination with the current simulation waveform of each switch device; through quantitative calculation and simulation analysis, the loss of each switching device under different control methods is obtained, and the calculation and simulation results are close, so the loss of each switching device under different control methods can be deduced through similar derivation method. Finally, by comparing loss data of various control strategies, it can be seen that compared with NPC topology three-level structure, ANPC topology combined with certain control algorithm can reduce the device loss to a certain extent, so as to improve the output efficiency of power module. |
