Nowadays, society is saturated by the different means of dissemination but this has not prevented the mythical aspect from encrusting itself in the depths of new technologies, creating a kind of digital literature. Through an analysis of the Max Payne 1 video game whose screenplay is written by writer and actor Sami Antero Järvi, who used his talent to imbue it with Scandinavian myths. We will try to identify the means that allowed the author to hide behind a video game to transmit the Nordic myths of his ancestors. To do this, and through a work of identification and analysis of the game, all the details that refer to the myths will be highlighted, starting from the decor to the elements and characters of the game.
