中国南方食管鳞癌D5S107和D5S408杂合性丢失与微卫星不稳定性
【目的】研究中国南方食管癌高发地区(潮汕地区)食管鳞癌5号染色体长臂(5q)部分微卫星标记的杂合性丢失(LOH)和微卫星不稳定(MSI),为食管鳞癌相关抑癌基因的定位提供依据。【方法】采用PCR银染技术,检测58例配对食管鳞状细胞癌标本多个微卫星标记(D5S107;SHGS31088;D5S816;D5S625和D5S408)的杂合性丢失和微卫星不稳定。【结果】SHGS31088,D5S816和D5S625杂合性丢失率和微卫星不稳定都较低;而D5S107和D5S408的杂合性丢失率分别为48.5%和34.3%,微卫星不稳定率分别为9.1%和5.7%。【结论】中国南方食管鳞癌D5S107和D5S...
