Summary: | The influence of the gear thermal deformation caused by the temperature field on the stiffness and the clearance was studied by combining the analytical method and the finite element method. A dynamic model of a coaxial face gear split torsion transmission system was established based on the concentrated mass method, and a calculation method for the load sharing coefficient of the transmission system was provided. The influence of the stiffness and the clearance due to the temperature on the load sharing performance of the transmission system was studied. The research results indicate that the thermal stiffness caused by the temperature field increases the average and amplitude of the load sharing coefficient of the transmission system, and the load sharing performance of the transmission system deteriorates. Considering the thermal deformation of the gear teeth caused by the temperature field, designing the appropriate clearance can effectively improve the load sharing performance of the transmission system, which is of great significance for improving the performance of the face gear transmission system. |
