description Objective:To explore the clinical effect of suspension training for pain, disability, muscle strength and anxiety in the patients with chronic low back pain(CLBP).Methods:A total of 40 patients with CLBP were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by suspension training, and the control group was performed core stability training in the treatment bed. Both groups were evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS), Oswesty disability index(ODI), extensor muscle strength and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)before and after treatment. Results:After six weeks of treatment, the VAS score, ODI, extensor muscle strength and SAS score in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of VAS score, ODI, extensor muscle strength and SAS score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suspension training can improve the pain index, degree of disability, increase of extensor muscle strength and improve the anxiety of patients with CLBP.
