Ox-LDL诱导血管内皮细胞表达LOX-1
［目的】探讨血凝素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体I(LOX-I)作为氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)的特异性受体在摄取ox-LDL后对人跻静脉血管内皮细胞(HUVECs)表达LOX-I的影响以及LOX-I在ox-LDL诱导其自身表达中所起的作用。［方法）用天然低密度脂蛋白(n-LDL)、LOX-I的受体阻断剂聚肌节酸[poly(I)] 250 µ.g/mL和爱兰苔胶(carrageenan)以及不同质量浓度的ox-LDL (0, 10, 20, 50, 100µg/mL)与HUVECs作用于不同 的时间(0, 6, 12, 24, 36 h), 用Realtime RT-PCR测定LOX-I mRNA...
