偏颌畸形的外科矫治
【目的】以外科方法矫治不同病因的偏颌畸形。【方法】采用9 种手术方法矫治偏颌畸形38 例, 其中下颌骨发育 不对称24 例, 髁状突疾患致偏颌畸形6 例, 第一、二鳃弓综合征4 例, 单侧下颌骨肥大2 例, 外伤致偏颌畸形2 例。【结果】术 后随访31 例, 平均随访16 月, 面形及牙合关系满意者30 例。所有截骨线均愈合良好, 无骨不连、骨段坏死等严重并发症。无明 显复发及关节不适。【结论】依据偏颌的具体病因、病情进行手术, 配合术前后正畸治疗对偏颌畸形的外科矫治可达到牙合关系 和容貌均满意的结果。...
